The Facility
Pattern Shop
We have an internal pattern shop for converting, repairing and applying methods to pattern equipment.
Pattern Stores
We have a on-site storage area for frequently used patterns with additional storage space allocated within the Teescraft Group.
Moulding
We produce 100% ceramic moulds and cores within our facility.
Melting Capacity
We have 5 high frequency melting furnaces ranging from 34kg’s to 170kg’s.
Heat Treatment
We have in house heat treatment facilities for annealing, normalising and tempering.
Shifts
We currently operate a single shift system with a skilled and flexible workforce allowing us to produce components for our customers’ spare parts and emergency requirements.
